I need to complete the Search AI certification assessment, but when I select Search AI in the Kore.ai platform, it only shows “Contact us” instead of providing access to the Search AI service. After clicking “Contact us,” no service or access option is available, as shown in the attached screenshots. Kindly enable/provide access to the Search AI service for my account so that I can complete the required certification assessment. Please let me know if any additional information is required.
