Custom Form placeholder not reflect the changes.

Per client request, the verbiage in the placeholder need to be changed in the custom form, after made changes from bot builder and published, placeholder stays unchange.

create button/link is not working

Unable to create bot from scratch as create button/link is not working. Can you please assist on this
