SBC Trunk connect configuration between Innovaphone PBX and Kore.ai AudioCodes SBC. Call terminate on Kore.ai SBC but SBC send BYE instead of entering "Voice start flow".

I am currently using version X011 for the agent transfer use case in my project. The configuration does not display custom botkit information when the agent transfer view option is opened, although it worked in version X010. Please find the attached screenshots for your reference. Your prompt response would be appreciated. Thank you.

Add an option to call APIs parallel to the bot flow.

We need to integrate OSC with Kore AI. Could you please provide the steps for this integration? Any relevant documents would be greatly appreciated
