The space where a mock bot is created is a very small percentage of the entire screen. This is especially frustrating when 2/3 of the screen is unused white space. It's extraordinarily useful to have a prototyping tool, so please bring in a visual designer to make the UI better.

Intent is not qualifying and always triggered Fallback. Intent "change payment amount" flow not qualifying even giving the right utterance. It always taking to error (Fallback). I have trained this intent with "change payment amount" utterance and it was working fine yesterday till afternoon but now it is not working. Note - the same flow and with same utterance is working fine with the team members.

Right now if you double click on a node to select it within an Edit field it does nothing. You must click, use Home, End, or Arrow Keys to get to where you want. Then Ctrl + Shift or other key combos to select the words, there-in for copying / replacement, etc.

A toggle should be made available within the Build -> Dialog Task -> Manage Components -> <NODE TYPE> that allows the selection of multiple components to remove at one time rather than having to click Delete and then Ok for every single one.

An existing customer is looking at enabling email channel for the Pilot. The usecase requires the attachment entity type for uploading attachments as part of the conversation flow. Currently its available for 4 channels but the same should be available for Email channel as well.

Can we implement a search functionality for text editors where we write javascript code

Provide a means to delete, or at least Archive/hide, disused dialog tasks from the Dialog tasks list. Currently when you disable a dialog task from the Admin console the dialog task remains in view.

I want to know what actual prompt is used in the Generative AI Node which send to OpenAI Model. Can we change it?

Currently bot developers can only use dynamic rephrasing in individual prompts in message/entity/confirmation nodes. These can be extremely time consuming if you want to change the voice/tone of the bot,. Allow bot developers to specify a way of globally altering every messaging node with a 'voice of the bot' rephrasing using LLMs. This would allow companies to give the bot a unique voice at run time in all messages/prompts in all dialog tasks. You could also make it a dialog level setting. For example: 'The bot should use a jovial tone whilst maintaining professionalism'. or 'The bot should use light humour to make responses more uplifting and positive'.

Integration with Genesys IVR is not available please help with the same in next releases if possible.
